Korg Krome 61 Key Synthesizer

Korg Krome 61 Review - 04/09/15 The Korg Krome 61 is sound wise the same as the Krome 88 I reviewed on 03/28/14 except that the key bed has spring action semi-weighted keys instead of weighted.  The Krome 61 is a great addition to a keyboard setup. It’s very light weight and has great tones and features. I do find that running the keyboard through a parametric EQ does loads to fatten up some of the sounds and makes them far more robust. As with all the Krome line the 61 comes with an AC adapter instead of the power supply being built in and using a standard power cord. Many on the forums have trashed these boards because of it and I can see their point. It is a little flimsy but if you take of your gear and keep the boards in hard cases when traveling you should have no problem..
